Of course, Pat's uniqueness was seen long before the establishment of Blue Magnet. He was a co-founder of another very successful enterprise, his global Tradeshow & Event Management Company. It was recognized as the leading service company in its market segment. Pat’s innovative approach to servicing customers, his operational planning and work force training are still being used today by companies in that industry. He guided his company though all phases of its business cycle - start-up, growth, repositioning - and then made his final exit by selling his company. After which Pat was inducted into the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Association's Hall of Fame in 2006.
