Bill is a seasoned business manager, a highly experienced executive, a wise investor and management advisor. He has experience in overseeing start-ups, supervising rapid growth environments, directing acquisitions, mergers, strategic alliances, restructuring and reorganizations and crisis-management.

With more than 20 years of broad-based business experience in senior management, Bill brings enormous insight into our wheel-house.

Formally, Mr. Mayer was Vice President & Treasurer of NDC Health Corporation where he guided the company through the rigors of Sarbanes Oxley Certification and compliance, dramatically increased the company's cash flow and guided the company through the rigors of SEC and shareholder law suit issues. His international credentials boast of multi-million dollar contracts effecting firms in Canada, Europe, Asia and South America. He has led Fortune 500 companies through various stages of the business cycle including Procter and Gamble, Scientific America. He holds an MBA from the University of Kansas, a BA & a BSBA from University of Missouri and he has held a Series 7 and 63 investment licenses.
