Greg Weigle - Chief Financial Officer

Greg's focus at Blue Magnet Partners is evaluation of investments, deal due diligence, evaluation/organization of administrative and financial areas of portfolio companies and mentor/coach for select management team executives in portfolio companies.

Greg is able to impact the management teams he works with as people quickly come to trust him due to his management style. His approach includes strong mentoring that encourages those he works with to seek greater responsibilities. In turn, individuals have exceeded performance expectations and reached personal fulfillment within their careers with increased productivity as a result. Greg's experience as a financial executive is invaluable to Blue Magnet's portfolio company management teams. Designing and implementing integrated accounting and management reporting systems, designing employee benefit programs and human resource processes along with his balanced leadership style/approach has led to lower employee turnover and financial management stability. He is instrumental in helping companies obtain their short and long term business goals.

Greg is not only a CPA but he is also an entrepreneur. He co-founded an outsourced financial management solutions company for small and medium sized businesses. Very few firms existed at the time that offered such a solution. He recognized the opportunity for better and affordable financial strategies and processes within many businesses. He has been on the forefront of outsourced financial management services, as they have become a popular alternative for many owners and CEO's.

Greg attended Northern Illinois University and received degrees in both Accounting and Finance. He has over 27 years of experience within multiple industries including real estate, construction, hotels, manufacturing, various service industries and non-profits, as well as public accounting and SEC reporting experience.
